Bridging Faiths is a project to help educate people on major world religions while dissolving some of the stereotypes. Many of us learn about various religions in school or from the media. While this is a good start, the information is not directly from the source. By talking to knowledgeable individuals on the 5 major religions practiced in America (Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism), I hope to foster mutual respect for each others' beliefs and culture and thereby helping us to better understand our neighbors-- both in our local and global communities. This is not meant to be a comprehensive study on each of the five religions. It's primary purpose is to facilitate a dialogue that can help all of us learn more about each other.
